Dosage and use:
1 scoop = 10 g
1 scoop = 4.8 g fiber
1 scoop = 1.5 g sugar
1 scoop = 28 kcal
1 pouch contains 400 g = 40 scoops (scoop included in the pouch)
Dissolve 1 scoop in 150 ml of water. 

Low dosage per serving which makes it easy to build up dosage according to your diet. Start with 1 scoop per day, you can go up to 4 scoops per day.

Ingredients

Blueberry powder (Vaccinium corymbosum L.), fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), blackcurrant powder (Ribes nigrum L.), acidity regulator (citric acid), blackcurrant extract (Ribes nigrum L.), anti-caking agent (calcium silicate), acai berry extract (Euterpe oleracea Mart.), flavoring, sweetener (enzymatically produced steviol glycosides).

1 pouch contains 400 g = 40 scoops (measuring scoop included).
Dissolve 1 scoop in at least 150 ml of water.
The lower dosage per serving makes it easy to gradually build up your intake according to your diet. Start with 1 scoop per day and increase if desired up to a maximum of 4 scoops per day.
