Shipping policy
Transport & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched via GLS within 3 working days after receipt of your payment. We will give you a tracking number with which you can track your package online, as soon as we have handed your order over to the driver.
Deliveries take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. A signature is required to deliver the parcel. If you are not often at home, enter the address of a family member, local shop or your work address. You can enter multiple addresses in your account. You can select an appropriate delivery address with each order. You can also leave a signed message on the doorbell for the driver. This way you can give him or her permission to place the parcel at the back door or deliver it to the neighbours. Did the first delivery fail? Then the driver will visit you again the following day. Then the parcel will be sent to us again and we will contact you for further instructions.
We will send you an email when your shipment has been handed over to the driver. Within Belgium, Luxembourg and part of the Netherlands you will normally receive your order the day following this email. For other countries within Europe, delivery may take 3 to 7 days.
Shipping costs
From €50 we ship for free in the Benelux. The shipping costs differ per country and are shown in your shopping basket. We recommend combining your items into one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Please email info@rainpharma.com if you would like more info on shipping rates or to know the amount from which we deliver for free in your country. Is your country not listed? Mail us for a customised quote and shipping.
Packaging
Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Your order is securely packed before we ship it. We use recyclable materials for this purpose. Glass packages are wrapped in plastic bubble wrap.
Returns
Have you changed your mind or are not satisfied with the delivery? Then return the product to us within 7 calendar days. It is important that the product is in its original condition. Don't just send the product back, but follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@rainpharma.com with your order number, which products you wish to return, your phone number and your full name, address and bank details. If you have paid via Paypal, for example, the money will also be refunded to your Paypal account.
- Then send the product to: Zhen bv, Halleboomstraat 1A, 3020 Herent (Belgium), together with a copy of the email you sent to us. This way we can link your return to your account and prepare the refund. Please return the products to be exchanged in a sturdy shipping box. Keep the proof of postage.
- If you have paid shipping costs to us, these will also be refunded.
Carefully open the shipping box and original packaging so you can use it again to return the order if necessary!
Secure online payment
Payments are received by Mollie. We accept payments via Paypal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard or by bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer takes longer. Your order will not be shipped until the correct amount has been transferred to our account.
