what you won’t find in our shakes:

oats and gluten

In general, our shakes do not contain oats or gluten. It allows them to be better absorbed and is suitable for people with gluten intolerance and allergy. Gluten sensitivity can cause health problems for some, so we avoid it. 

casein

Casein protein sources are high in lactose and harder to absorb, which often leads to bloating and other gastrointestinal issues. The protein in our vegetarian shakes are whey-based (with the casein separated).

skim milk powders or other fillers

Skim milk powders are often used to supplement protein powder in an inexpensive way. Our shakes contain only pure whey protein instantly giving you a good-sized portion of protein in each serving.

vegetable oils

Often added to protein powders to create a richer and creamier taste, vegetable oils often come from sources that contain trans fats. Trans fats raise levels of bad cholesterol while lowering good cholesterol levels.
