How to use
Warm some oil up between your palms and then use it to massage your feet. Make sure you apply a little pressure to achieve the optimum relaxing effect. Wash your hands after use. You can rinse your feet or just pat them dry straight away, so that the oil continues to work. Or you could give your feet the full treatment. Start with a foot bath.
