When she returned to running after her athletic career, she went in search of a suitable recovery shake. But during her search, she quickly encountered a problem: existing recovery shakes on the market were sugary and filled with ingredients that weren’t particularly beneficial.

From her personal need for a quality alternative to typical sugary recovery shakes, Elodie reached out to RainPharma. Together with Elodie Ouédraogo, we chose a combination of whey protein isolate and pea protein isolate, as these proteins are quickly absorbed by the body. We also added vitamin C and collagen. Collagen is a building block for connective tissues found in cartilage, tendons, muscles, blood vessels, and skin. Vitamin C works closely with collagen, enhancing its natural formation in our body. Finally, we added manganese, which aids in the proper formation of healthy connective tissue, and magnesium, which helps reduce fatigue and supports fluid balance.
