Did you know you can also cook with our RainPharma shakes? In this recipe, Eric uses the Golden Shake as the base for a delicious basil sauce. Combined with fresh and light zucchini noodles, you create an Italian dish with a unique twist.
grocery list for one person
- 120 grams zucchini
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 80 grams North Sea shrimp
- 5 grams walnuts
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 handful basil
- 1 scoop Golden Shake
- 100 ml water
preparation
Slice the zucchini into long, thin strands like spaghetti using a vegetable peeler or spiralizer. Steam the strands for 6 minutes.
Use an immersion blender to make a basil sauce from 1 scoop of Golden Shake, 100 ml of water, garlic, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the walnuts into pieces with a knife.
finishing touches
Create a nest of the zucchini pasta and place it in a deep plate. Distribute the cherry tomatoes and shrimp over the top, and sprinkle the walnuts on top. Serve with a few tablespoons of the basil sauce.
