One scoop provides 12 grams of protein and only 51 kcal per serving. The sweetness comes from stevia, and the formula is low in fats and carbohydrates, with no added sugars. As you would expect from RainPharma, the formulas are also free from colourants, artificial flavours, preservatives, acesulfame-K, aspartame and gluten.

cucumber mint refresher.

Shake one scoop of Cucumber Mint with 250 ml of water and optionally a splash of lime juice. Pour into a glass with ice cubes, add two slices of cucumber and finish with a sprig of mint.

lemon peach slush.

Add one scoop of Lemon Peach, 150 ml of cold water and a handful of ice cubes to a blender. Blend until you reach a thick, slushie-like texture. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of peach on the rim.

lemon peach mocktail.

Shake one scoop of Lemon Peach with a small amount of water. Then add 250 ml of sparkling water. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
