RainPharma hair care.
hair care, but different.
RainPharma hair care stands out thanks to its pure, natural formulas. We use only high-quality, plant-based ingredients – no chemical additives like silicones. Combined with the right nutrition and targeted supplements, our approach visibly improves the condition of your hair.
But why do we choose to leave silicones out?
why we say no to silicones.
Silicones. You’ll find them in all kinds of hair care products – from shampoos to conditioners and masks. But the truth is, they don’t actually help your hair.
So why does your hair feel so soft after using them? Silicones are hydrophobic, meaning they repel water and coat your hair with a smooth, glossy film. This creates the illusion of shine, volume and softness – but it doesn’t improve the actual condition of your hair. If your hair was dry or brittle to begin with, it still is.
What’s more, silicones are hard to wash out and can build up on your scalp. This buildup can clog your scalp, making it harder for it to breathe. It also blocks the natural oils your scalp produces from reaching and nourishing your hair – which may cause even more dryness in the long run.
RainPharma chooses plant-based.
At RainPharma, we consciously leave silicones behind and opt for advanced, plant-based alternatives. Think of esters derived from natural fatty acids – they care for your hair, smooth it out and make it easier to detangle, all without leaving any residue behind.
all or nothing.
Did you know that going natural means switching both your shampoo and conditioner?
Using a natural shampoo while still relying on a conditioner with silicones doesn’t make much sense. In fact, it makes things harder. Plant-based shampoos are much milder, which means they have an even tougher time removing silicone buildup. The result? Hair that feels heavy, dull or not quite clean. But don’t blame the shampoo – the real issue is the residue left behind by your conditioner.
So when you make the switch to natural hair care, it’s best to change both your shampoo and conditioner (and your hair mask, if you use one).
