why didn't we combine Daily Boost & Mighty Nine into 1 supplement?
Daily Boost and Mighty Nine complement each other and together form the basis of our supplement program, ensuring you get all essential nutrients. However, we chose to release Daily Boost and Mighty Nine as two separate supplements for two reasons:
It is practically impossible to combine all nutrients from Daily Boost and Mighty Nine into one supplement. The tablet you would have to take would be so large that it would no longer be user-friendly.
Furthermore, there is also 'competition uptake' between the ingredients of both supplements. When taking calcium - from Mighty Nine - and magnesium - from Daily Boost - at the same time, there is a high chance that one of the two will be absorbed less effectively.
