Usage

Because we chose the most complete formula, with no fewer than 9 active ingredients, it was practically impossible to release the supplement in one capsule. Therefore, we opted for two separate capsules, which should always be taken together, preferably during a meal.

Recommended daily dosage: 1 capsule (brown) + 1 capsule (gold) per day with a meal.
