- 200 ml water
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
preparation
Prepare a RainPharma shake in your shaker and pour it into a bowl. Add the chia seeds and stir well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
