Vanilla pudding evokes nostalgic feelings for many people. In this recipe, we will use the Simply Vanilla shake for the RainPharma version of this classic dish.

- 3 raspberries
- 6 blueberries
- 2 strawberries
- 2 blackberries
- 3 measuring spoons of Simply Vanilla shake
- 125 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sunflower seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
preparation
Prepare the Simply Vanilla Shake with 125 ml of water, which is half the usual amount. It's best to do this in a blender to achieve a fuller and thicker consistency than a regular shake. Is your shake too thick? Then add a little extra water.
finishing touches
Pour the Simply Vanilla Shake into a nice bowl and sprinkle the berries on top. Finish off with the seeds and nuts.
